Hi, I’m Heather Bestel,

Here at Magical Meditations 4 Kids we love to relax, let go of worries and have lovely peaceful dreams.

As a child psychotherapist for many years, I believe that meditation should be part of every child’s life and so I created these handy resources.

Our meditations are a combination of music, storytelling and art and develop concentration and confidence, build creativity and self-esteem as well as aiding peaceful sleep.

Our little clients love to go on. Magical adventures and return feeling full of wonder.

Once we discover how to access that wondrous place inside us where deep peace resides, it is a skill that stays with us and serves us well forever.

I invite you to be a part of the adventure.

Over the years I have shared my work in schools, colleges, the community and at festivals.

Now, I can share my work all over the world online.

I live in the middle of nowhere (yes, it is a real place) in south west Scotland surrounded by beautiful countryside and only five miles from Wigtown {Scotland’s National Book Town}, where I idle away a sunny afternoon browsing through books and eating cake.

Children often send me pictures of their favourite characters or places from he meditations and I keep them in my studio to inspire my work.
